The Administrative Support III is an integral member of the Home Care and Public Health teams at the Tofield Health Centre. This working-level position requires a moderate amount of relevant experience and provides comprehensive administrative support to both teams. Working under limited supervision, the Administrative Support III applies well developed administrative skills to carry out a diverse range of responsibilities. The role involves a variety of tasks, with a primary focus on greeting and assisting clients who call or visit the unit. Additional duties include, but are not limited to: clinical support, operational support, staff scheduling and payroll, information management and reporting.

As an Administrative Support III, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.

Knowledge of computer programs, including but not limited to: Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams; Connect Care system: registration and scheduling system; ePeople; Oracle system. Physically able to lift, move and transport up to 20 lbs. Excellent communication, telephone, and organizational skills.

Preference will be given to applicants with prior Home Care and Public Health experience.
