The Pediatric Community Rehabilitation Program (PCR) provides multidisciplinary services for children aged 0-18 years across multiple community sites in Calgary and surrounding areas. We are seeking an organized, client‑focused Administrative Support III to join our dynamic administrative team. Working closely with Administrative Support IV and V roles, this position is responsible for day‑to‑day scheduling, internal referral support, and direct communication with clients and families. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely access to care and supporting therapists in the delivery of family‑centered services. Primary Responsibilities: As an Administrative Support III, you will: Manage daily program bookings, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations. Contact families regarding appointments, reminders, and booking needs. Assist with internal referral processing and maintain accurate client information. Complete data entry and documentation within program systems. Support therapists and therapy assistants with booking requests and clerical tasks. Provide reception coverage, including greeting families at community sites. Ensure positive, professional interactions with clients, families, and staff. Collaborate with Administrative Support IV and V team members to support program operations. Provide general office and program support as required. Provide support across multiple PCR locations.

As an Administrative Support III, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.

As required.

Experience working in a healthcare, community, or pediatric environment. Experience working within multidisciplinary teams. Demonstrated commitment to family‑centered care.
