The AC III brings a holistic approach to comprehensive assessment, intervention, and evaluation, respecting the uniqueness of each individual within a recovery-oriented service delivery model. Participation in community development and capacity-building activities that promote the development of an enhanced continuum of effective addiction and mental health services is essential.
