About Us
As part of an alliance agreement Aecon Nuclear has been awarded a contract with Ontario Power Generation to support the Darlington New Nuclear Project (DNNP). Beginning in 2023 Aecon will support the validation phase design, procurement, early site preparation and site mobilization scope for the Construction of the Unit 1 Small Modular Reactor at the Darlington site.

What is the Opportunity?

  • Provide construction administration services to ensure technical document are completed in accordance with technical and internal quality standards.
  • Assist the technicians with the Day-to-Day Activities of an Active technical duties.
  • Print out and Maintain Communications and Documentation with Construction and contract document, drawings, plans, specifications..
  • Timely Placement of office orders to maintain Inventory of required office materials.
  • Receive, record, present for prepare document for submittal.
  • Maintain job-site files, documents, reports and daily log; prepare periodic reports for document control purpose
  • Perform related duties as assigned.


What You Bring to the Table:

  • Working knowledge of building components and systems.
  • Knowledge of construction process and ready to be familiar with means and methods.
  • Knowledge of applicable state and federal office safety standard
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to establish and maintain professional working relationships.
  • Ability to wear/use personal protective equipment as needed on construction site.
  • High school or college graduate
  • Experience in MS Microsoft office software (Excel, word, PowerPoint,.)
  • Able to preliminary use another software like Autocad, pdf
