Relevant du directeur des oprations, le matre lectricien est responsable de la supervision et de l'excution de tous les travaux sur le terrain, conformment aux exigences de la RBQ et en ce qui concerne le budget, l'chancier, le rendement gnral et la rentabilit des projets.

Responsabilits principales:

• Assurer le respect de toutes les exigences de la Rgie du btiment du Qc (RBQ) et la conformit au Code de construction du Qubec, Chapitre V lectricit
• Veiller l'application des politiques, procdures, normes de scurit et programmes environnementaux de l'entreprise sur tous les projets
• Interprter les schmas lectriques, les plans, les spcifications et la documentation technique
• Superviser et soutenir l'installation des systmes, services et quipements lectriques sur l'ensemble des projets
• Contribuer au dpannage, la rsolution des problmes et au traitement rapide des incidents lectriques
• Suivre la performance des projets, notamment l'utilisation de la main-d'uvre, les matriaux, le contrle de la qualit, la scurit et le respect des chanciers
• Accompagner les quipes de projet en matire de matrise des cots, de respect des chanciers et d'utilisation efficace des ressources
• Analyser l'avancement des projets et contribuer aux rapports mensuels sur les cots, les chanciers et les flux de trsorerie
• Participer l'estimation des activits, y compris les heures de travail, les cots des matriaux, l'outillage, l'quipement et la planification
• Participer la prparation des appels d'offres, des propositions et des prsentations, au besoin
• S'assurer que tous les bons de commande sont prpars, examins et signs par les clients
• Coordonner avec les quipes de projet, les sous-traitants et les parties prenantes internes la rsolution des problmes techniques ou oprationnels
• Contribuer lexpertise technique en matire de planification organisationnelle, de stratgie et d'initiatives d'amlioration continue

Connaissances et exprience requises:

• Minimum de 5 10 ans d'exprience en tant que matre lectricien, de prfrence titre de matre lectricien dsign
• Licence de matre lectricien valide, avec la capacit de maintenir la licence RBQ d'entrepreneur en lectricit de l'entreprise
• Formation technique, par exemple un diplme d'ingnieur de quatre ans, un diplme d'tudes collgiales techniques ou une combinaison quivalente de formation et d'exprience pertinente
• Solide connaissance du secteur de la construction, des normes lectriques et des pratiques oprationnelles
• Exprience en distribution d'nergie lectrique;
• Exprience avre de travail dans un environnement ax sur les projets; l'exprience en leadership ou en supervision est un atout
• Excellentes aptitudes la communication orale et crite et excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles
• Sens de l'organisation aiguis et excellentes aptitudes d'analyse, de planification et d'administration
• Souci exceptionnel du dtail, capacit prioriser et grer son temps
• Excellentes aptitudes en service la clientle et en dveloppement de relations
• Matrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Reporting to the Manager, Operations the Master Electrician is responsible for the oversight and execution of all field work per ESA requirements, as it relates to projects budget, schedule, general performance and profitability.

What You'll Do Here:

• Responsible for meeting all Electrical Safety Authority (ESA) requirements and ensuring full electrical code compliance
• Ensure company policies, procedures, safety standards, and environmental programs are followed on all projects
• Interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, specifications, and technical documentation
• Oversee and support the installation of electrical systems, services, and equipment across projects
• Assist with troubleshooting, problem-solving, and resolving electrical issues in a timely manner
• Monitor project performance including labour usage, materials, quality control, safety, and scheduling
• Support project teams with cost awareness, scheduling adherence, and efficient resource utilization
• Review project progress and contribute to monthly reporting on costs, schedules, and cash flow
• Assist in estimating activities including labour hours, material costs, tools, equipment, and scheduling
• Participate in bid preparation, proposals, and presentations as required
• Ensure all work orders are prepared, reviewed, and signed by customers
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical or operational issues
• Contribute technical expertise to organizational planning, strategy, and continuous improvement initiatives

What You Bring to the Team:

• Minimum 510 years of experience as a Master Electrician, preferably in a Designated Master Electrician role
• Valid Master Electrician license, with the ability to maintain the companys RBQ Electrical Contractor License
• Technical education such as a four-year engineering degree, technical college diploma, or an equivalent combination of training and related experience
• Strong knowledge of the construction industry, electrical codes, and operational practices
• Experience in electrical distribution
• Proven experience working in a project-based environment; leadership or supervisory experience is an asset
• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong analytical, planning, and administrative abilities
• Exceptional attention to detail, prioritization, and time-management skills
• Strong customer service and relationship-building capabilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
