Compensation:

The base salary for this role ranges between $58,880 - $80,960 and 4% vacation pay.

Position Details

The Real Estate Analyst - Portfolio & Transaction Management plays a critical role in administering and optimizing Grainger's global real estate portfolio, encompassing both leased and owned properties. This position ensures compliance with lease terms, supports financial accuracy in rent and receivable processes, and provides strategic reporting to enhance operational efficiency. The Analyst serves as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external landlords, leveraging systems such as Tririga and SmartSheets to maintain data integrity and support decision-making.

This is a 12-Month Contract covering a maternity leave.
