Management Consulting professionals design and implement process, experience and change interventions that integrate strategy, technology and people to enable improvements that create value for clients and their end users/stakeholders.

People in our Public Service group serve an array of clients across federal, provincial and municipal government, non-profit, health and educational industries.

The Public Service Manager is experienced planning and leading workstreams to conduct research and analysis that inform programmatic, operational, and organization design, transformation and service delivery performance and outcome improvements. The manager will also engage in the design and implementation of business changes that drive function and digital operating model transformation, focusing on tasks relating to people and process.
