Within Operations, we are growing our Digital Inside Sales (DIS) team. Our groundbreaking approach to sales brings clients the right combination of trusted technical sellers and innovative technology, powered by data and insights.

Inside Sales Account Representative

  • Gain an understanding of our partners’ business goals and turn data into compelling stories and actionable insights to help them succeed

  • Manage your time and prioritize your work using our internal CRM tools and ensure up to date monitoring of your accounts

  • Prepare strategies for new clients to onboard onto the platform, or nurture relationships with existing clients based on their business needs, goals and products

  • Demonstrable ability to understand, validate, and overcome customer objections by crafting a compelling marketing plan to achieve client goals

  • Identifying, researching, and contacting potential new partner businesses delivering personalized product pitches

  • Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends internally and to partners

  • Work collaboratively within the sales team to develop, maintain, and grow relationships

  • Establish clear advertising goals with direct accounts including entering campaign goals (KPIs) associated with CPA, ROI, ROAS, CPC, etc.

  • Work towards individual and team KPIs on a weekly basis
