You are:

An 3DExperience Enovia expert helping solve clients’ most complex business problems and help them create efficiencies within their businesses.

You thrive on working with clients and stakeholders to develop solutions that improve operational efficiency, track compliance, and increase revenue, and with your team are ready to tackle the challenges clients face today and those waiting around the corner.

The work:

  • Providing domain expertise and contributing to complex projects

  • Requirements gathering, specifications creation, and solution design, collaborating closely with solution architects to develop innovative solutions.

  • Participation in specification workshops, bringing valuable insights and contributing to the overall success of the project.

  • Developing functional specifications and actively participating in the design and implementation of business processes across various applications.

  • Coaching workstream team(s) and supporting the management team in different project areas, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex configuration and system issues, ensuring the smooth operation of the project. Documenting and following up on customer issues for timely and satisfactory resolution.

  • Preparing and supporting organizational change management activities, including the development of training plans and documentation, as well as providing comprehensive training to end users.

  • Documenting the configuration and architecture of the project, ensuring that the information is readily accessible and comprehensible to all team members.

  • Conducting validation tests, including the preparation of test cases/scenarios and test data, to ensure the functionality and integration of the solution. Reporting progress status and highlighting any issues that arise.

  • Performing feasibility studies and process design reviews, contributing expertise and insights to the overall success of the projects.
