You are:

A skilled consultant with a passion for driving transformation. You understand that organizations must continuously evolve to stay competitive, and you thrive on helping clients navigate change. You have strong consulting fundamentals, including problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and analytical thinking, paired with experience in change management. You excel at supporting organizations through complex transformations, ensuring they are agile, resilient, and prepared for the future. Your ability to collaborate and communicate effectively makes you a trusted advisor to clients and a valued team member.

The work:

  • Support clients through transformational change, enabling them to become more agile, resilient, and future-ready.

  • Develop human-centered change strategies that align with business objectives and public sector needs.

  • Apply change management methodologies and tools to drive stakeholder engagement, communications, and capability building.

  • Support the design and implementation of change strategies, including cultural shifts, workforce transformation, and digital adoption.

  • Conduct change impact assessments and readiness analyses to guide implementation.

  • Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders, leveraging tools such as predictive analytics, engagement platforms, and persona-based experience design.

  • Partner with teams to track and measure change adoption, identifying areas for reinforcement and continuous improvement.

  • Contribute to business development by supporting proposals, research, and practice development efforts.

  • Be an active part of the Talent & Organization community by sharing knowledge, best practices, and insights.

Qualifications

Here’s what you need:

  • At least 3 years of consulting experience with a focus on change management.

  • Experience working within the public sector / government

  • Strong foundation in consulting skills, including problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and analytical thinking.

  • A Bachelor’s Degree.

Bonus points if:

  • You have experience in three or more of the following areas:

  • Change Analytics

  • Change Tracking

  • Design Thinking

  • Change Capability Building

  • Agile Change

  • You have experience leveraging digital tools for change initiatives, such as HR automation, future workforce design, or analytics.

  • You have worked in multi-disciplinary teams across business and technology
