This will be your future team:

This will be your future role:
As a Professional Recruiter you will operate based on an agreed and defined talent acquisition process. You will be responsible for managing assigned job requisitions by delivering end-to-end recruitment process for your client. You will develop applicant sources via college programs, career fairs, and referral networks. You will maintain hiring records in compliance with internal and external standards. You will conduct interviews, manage candidate experience, and ensure timely hiring decisions. You will collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria. You will identify and engage passive candidates by using market intelligence and SEO strategies to improve job post visibility and by partner with educational institutions and associations to build talent pipelines. You will conduct initial screenings.
You will be responsible for client hiring activities to fill client hiring needs for various job profiles (i.e. Supply Chain, HR, Finance and Marketing, etc.) in line with market norms and agreed ways of working. You will be in regular interaction with your Hiring Managers and candidates, while ensuring all the agreed Service Levels are met along with high levels of customer satisfaction for client stakeholders.
Your main responsibilities will be to liaise with Hiring Managers and HRBPs, demand posting, candidate screening, sourcing, and other aspects of recruitment process, monitoring and continuous Improvement of process and productivity.
In your day-to-day work you will closely interact with your colleagues within a wider Accenture family, mainly other recruiters, Talent Acquisition specialists and Process Experts to deliver according to client expectations and process. You will work closely with your Team Lead to ensure high quality standards are met and continuity of recruitment process delivery for the client is meeting the expectations.
It will be essential to establish and maintain good relationships with your key stakeholders - mainly Hiring managers, candidates and HRBPs.
Basic Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of work experience - operations delivery, sales, HR or customer service experience is an advantage

Fully written and spoken fluency in French (Bilingual - French and English)

English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

Good knowledge of Microsoft suite applications and ability to learn and use various systems

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,

employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role.
It does not represent a maximum limit - in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.

Role Location Annual Salary Range
British Columbia/Ontario $47,550 to $97,550
