You Are:

You are an experienced SAP Tax Senior Analyst with advanced proficiency in SAP FI Taxes (FI - AP/AR) and strong working knowledge of the SAP FICO module. You excel in analyzing financial processes, identifying tax requirements, and designing future‑state tax solutions aligned with SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
You operate independently, contribute as a subject matter expert, and play an active role in team discussions-providing insights, solutions, and recommendations that influence decision‑making.

The Work:

  • Analyze organizational tax processes and design future-state business and system solutions.
  • Assess the current business model and its integration with SAP S/4Hana, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Evaluate customer requirements, gather detailed business needs, and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Apply knowledge of SAP FICO to support tax-related integrations across AP, AR, GL, and cross-functional areas.
  • Develop detailed documentation to support process design, system configuration, and integration requirements.
  • Utilize analytical tools to identify insights, trends, and process improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions effectively and ensure alignment with financial operations.
  • Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization activities for tax processes.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for tax process optimization, automation, and innovation.
  • This role requires to be in office 3 days per week. Preferred location: Montreal, Canada.
Qualification

Here's what you need:

  • Education requirement: Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline.
  • 2 years+ experience and at least one implementation in the area of SAP Direct and Indirect Taxes
  • English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across
    Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common
    language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking
    stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's
    activities to avoid this requirement

Preferred qualification:

  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical design specifications.
  • Strong communication skills to engage stakeholders and drive alignment.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Bonus points If:

  • Fluency in English required, French an asset.

The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role.
It does not represent a maximum limit - in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
