The work:

  • Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

  • Act as a subject matter expert, collaborating and managing the team to ensure effective performance.

  • Take ownership of team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.

  • Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.

  • Develop innovative application solutions that enhance user experience and meet business needs.

  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure application reliability and performance.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve application development processes.

  • Mentor junior team members and share knowledge to foster a collaborative learning environment.

This role is in our local ATC (Montreal) and will require on-site work 2-3 days per week
