The Work :
1. Client Delivery Leadership:
- Lead quality engineering delivery for large-scale client programs, ensuring high standards of execution and achieving measurable business outcomes.
- Develop and implement tailored QE frameworks and governance models that align with client-specific needs, leveraging automation and AI-driven practices.
- Serve as a senior point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment between QE strategies and their business objectives.
2. Go-To-Market Strategy:
- Define and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies focused on Quality Engineering for emerging technologies and innovative service offerings.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and solution teams to position QE as a strategic enabler in client proposals and pitches.
- Analyze market trends and competitive insights to shape and deliver differentiated QE propositions.
3. AI-Driven Innovation:
- Champion the integration and adoption of AI in QE practices, including predictive analytics, intelligent test automation, and defect prevention.
- Drive innovation by embedding AI-based tools and frameworks into delivery models to enhance speed, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Establish thought leadership in AI-driven QE through whitepapers, client workshops, and participation in industry forums.
4. Leadership & People Development:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire QE teams, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement talent strategies to enhance AI and automation capabilities within QE teams.
- Promote team growth and capability development through training, coaching, and strategic workforce planning.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Quality Engineering, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in overseeing client delivery for large-scale programs, coupled with a strong track record of successfully managing and leading large teams on high-budget initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and the ability to shape service offerings.
- Expertise in AI technologies applied to Quality Engineering, such as AI-based test automation and predictive defect analysis.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to drive client satisfaction and maintain high delivery quality scores.
- Experience in driving revenue growth through QE-led GTM initiatives.
- Proven track record of fostering the adoption of AI-driven QE practices across engagements.
- Strong focus on team capability development in AI and automation technologies.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role.
It does not represent a maximum limit - in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.

Role Location Annual Salary Range
British Columbia/Ontario $121,750 to $242,800
