The Practice:

Intelligent Asset Management, with a team of leading practitioners having deep functional & industry knowledge specializing in the areas of Asset Integrity and Reliability Management, Master Data Management, Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) & Maintenance Execution, Material & MRO Management, Industry Analytics and Digital Industrial Workforce. We serve across various industry verticals, and we are looking for candidates with EAM experience in Discrete & Process manufacturing verticals, covering Auto / Aero & Defense / Oil & Gas / Chemicals / Pharmaceuticals / Consumer Goods / Hi-Tech segments.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide subject matter expertise across IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) modules, including platform architecture, module dependencies, and enterprise deployment best practices.

  • Lead and support the deployment of MAS on the OpenShift Container Platform using MAS CLI, ensuring secure, scalable, and highly available implementations.

  • Install / Upgrade, configure, and maintain MAS Core and suite applications including:
    -- Manage
    -- Health
    -- Monitor
    -- Predict

  • Collaborate closely with OpenShift Architects and Platform Administrators to design and implement MAS infrastructure and technical solutions.

  • Utilize hands-on experience with Ansible, Terraform, YAML, JSON, and XML to automate deployments, configure environments, and troubleshoot platform issues.

  • Support enterprise integration requirements by collaborating with application and integration teams to ensure seamless interoperability across platforms.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex installation, configuration, performance, and stabilization issues across MAS and supporting infrastructure.

  • Coordinate with IBM and other product vendors to investigate and resolve platform-related issues, defects, and enhancement requests.

  • Configure, administer, and maintain MAS environments in alignment with operational standards, security requirements, and industry best practices.

  • Monitor system health, performance, and reliability, proactively identifying opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.

  • Produce and maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and operational support materials.

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders, providing technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualification

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS), including MAS Core and related modules.

  • Proven expertise deploying and administering MAS on Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP).

  • Experience using MAS CLI for deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management.

  • Strong scripting and automation experience with:

    • Ansible

    • Terraform

    • YAML

    • JSON

    • XML

  • Experience troubleshooting enterprise platform and infrastructure issues in complex environments.

  • Understanding of enterprise integration patterns and supporting middleware/integration platforms.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, computer systems, software development, mathematics, or a related field, or completion of a college program in computer science is usually required.

  • English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • IBM Maximo or Red Hat OpenShift certifications.

  • Experience with containerized enterprise applications and Kubernetes-based platforms.

  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.

  • Experience supporting mission-critical enterprise systems with high availability requirements.

  • Eligibility for Reliability Clearance.

  • Experience working in regulated industries such as energy, utilities, or nuclear environments is considered an asset.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role.
It does not represent a maximum limit - in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
