You Are:
A Group Copy Supervisor who thrives on creativity, collaboration, and leadership. You will represent and lead the copywriting efforts for a brand or group of brands, crafting compelling and strategic written content that aligns with client needs and objectives. Your expertise will shape the tone and voice across various media platforms, ensuring consistency and impact.
The Work:
- Collaborate closely with Art Directors and Copywriters to develop and execute innovative creative ideas that align with marketing goals and resonate with target audiences.
- Serve as a strategic partner to the account team, effectively assimilating and communicating feedback between corporate clients and the creative team.
- Provide clear and actionable updates to the account team regarding project timelines, schedules, and the status of creative deliverables.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of target audiences and promotional goals to ensure messaging is relevant, impactful, and aligned with brand objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire Junior Copywriters, Copywriters, and Senior Copywriters, fostering a culture of creativity, growth, and excellence within the brand team.
- Proactively propose future initiatives and creative opportunities for all assigned accounts, driving innovation and value for clients.
- Partner with the account team to ensure the quality, efficiency, and timeliness of all creative projects, while troubleshooting challenges as they arise.
- Confidently present creative concepts and ideas to clients, articulating the strategic rationale behind the work.
- Bring a collaborative mindset and a willingness to contribute to new business pitches and other client projects as needed.
- Be open to travel as required by business needs and client engagements.
Here’s What You’ll Need:
- 5+ years of copywriting experience in an advertising agency or a similar creative environment.
- 3+ years of pharmaceutical copywriting experience, with a strong focus on healthcare professional (HCP) audiences.
- Proven ability to quickly grasp therapeutic areas and complex concepts, adapting messaging to meet client and audience needs.
- Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and strategies to clients and internal teams.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- A deep understanding of branding, strategy, and marketing principles, with the ability to translate them into compelling creative work.
- A strong conceptual mindset, with a keen eye for both copy and visual elements.
- Experience working on brand launches and navigating medical and legal feedback processes.
- A high school diploma is required.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience).
- Experience working on high-profile or complex brand launches.
- A passion for innovation and a proactive approach to identifying creative opportunities.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

It does not represent a maximum limit - in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
