You Are:

An experienced SAP SuccessFactors professional with deep expertise in Employee Central (EC) who brings strong technical configuration skills and a proven ability to lead L2/L3 support and enhancement delivery. You are comfortable guiding teams, resolving complex system and integration issues, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to drive stability and continuous improvement.

The Work:

  • Lead day-to-day L2/L3 support for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and related modules
  • Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests within SLA
  • Support key EC areas including workflows, role-based permissions (RBP), position and organizational management, job and personal information, time off, and alerts/notifications
  • Configure and deliver enhancements using business rules, MDF objects, and data models
  • Gather requirements and manage changes across Dev, Test, and Prod environments
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integrations using SAP Integration Suite (CPI), APIs, and SFTP jobs
  • Provide clear communication, status updates, and root cause analysis to stakeholders
  • Lead and mentor team members while driving adherence to ITIL processes and continuous improvement
  • This role requires to be in the local office 3 days per week. Preferred location: Montreal, Canada

Qualification

Here's what you need:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with strong hands-on expertise in Employee Central
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification in EC is mandatory
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Team Lead or senior specialist role, supporting or leading L2/L3 operations
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience).
  • Experience working in an ITIL-based support model (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communications
  • Bilingual English/ French is required

  • English is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi-national teams where English is the common language across our Global Enterprise. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking multi-national teams, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement

Bonus points if:

  • Exposure to HR system integrations (Payroll, IAM/Active Directory, Benefits, analytics platform)
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification(s)
  • Experience supporting global HR systems and compliance standards


Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role.
It does not represent a maximum limit - in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
