Application Reviewer, Trust & Safety Representative - Accenture (St. Catharines, Ontario)

Join Accenture’s Trust & Safety Engineering Review team, helping ensure one of the world’s leading AI platforms remains secure, reliable, and compliant.
As part of Accenture’s Business Process Delivery group, you’ll perform technical and policy reviews of applications and integrations, identifying potential risks in code, data handling, and user experience to maintain platform trust and integrity.
We offer a $19.23/hr starting wage, a $2,000 sign-on bonus, and a fast-track growth path with opportunities to advance within 6-12 months.

Key Responsibilities
Application Review & Technical Validation
Review newly submitted applications, GPTs, or API integrations for security, functionality, and policy compliance
Inspect application behavior, input/output handling, and integration flows to detect risky prompts, data leaks, or unapproved API use
Validate metadata, permissions, and external calls to ensure adherence to privacy and platform guidelines
Replicate issues in sandbox environments and document reproducible steps for engineering escalation
Risk & Abuse Prevention
Detect indicators of prompt injection, credential abuse, data exfiltration, or coordinated misuse
Evaluate potential for harmful or deceptive functionality before release
Recommend mitigation strategies and policy updates to prevent recurrence
Fraud & Integrity Monitoring
Investigate suspicious developer activity (duplicate submissions, synthetic identities, fraudulent billing)
Correlate technical and behavioral signals across dashboards and internal tooling
Collaborate with security, policy, and data-science teams on emerging threat patterns
Basic Qualifications
Minimum 6 months’ experience in one of the following: Trust & Safety, App Review, Fraud Investigation, Cybersecurity, Quality Assurance, or Technical Support
Preferred Qualifications
Working knowledge of APIs, web hooks, OAuth, and basic scripting or JSON parsing
Familiarity with Generative AI products and prompt-safety concepts
Experience using developer or investigative tools (e.g., Postman, cURL, Chrome Dev Tools, SQL queries)
Understanding of data privacy, secure PII handling, and policy compliance
Ability to synthesize technical signals into clear risk narratives
Empathetic, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-impact environment
Strong written English communication skills
Demonstrated analytical mindset and familiarity with technical troubleshooting
