Job Description

We Are
As part of Accenture’s Data & AI practice embedded in Strategy & Consulting, we help organisations use data, analytics, generative AI and automation to reinvent themselves. Our mission: accelerate clients’ path from data-rich to AI-enabled, guiding them through strategy, technology and change.

You Are
You are a seasoned Manager who combines business insight with data fluency, AI acumen and Retail experience. You work with clients to define strategy, manage delivery workstreams and ensure alignment between ambitious AI visions and pragmatic execution pathways.

The Work

  • Manage AI strategy projects and workstreams: use-case definition, roadmap creation, value modelling, cost/benefit analysis, strategic documentation and executive briefings.

  • Support development of target-state AI operating models: define capability requirements, governance, talent design, delivery model, data/AI lifecycle and platform implications.

  • Coordinate with technology, architecture and delivery teams to translate strategy into feasible execution plans; support prototyping and solutioning of AI/LLM-enabled workflows.

  • Actively contribute to business case development: assess AI/LLM consumption models, estimate cost/benefit, identify risks and define measures of success.

  • Mentor and manage junior team members; contribute to staffing, performance feedback and capability development within the AI Strategy practice.

  • Contribute to proposals, go-to-market content, internal thought-leadership and capability-building initiatives within Data & AI Strategy domain.
