What is the opportunity?
AsTrade Operationsand Settlements Administratoryou will provide operational & administrative support to the Trading Room staff and portfolio managers. Youwill also propose and implement automation and streamline processes where applicable.

What will you do?
Act as liaison between trading and operations staff
Assist with the input of trade information and the reconciliation of previous day trading activities
Ensure timely and accurate settlement of all trades
Identify trade settlement issues while offering solutions to minimize risk and costs
Maintain accurate files for compliance, audit, and regulatory purposes
Research security prices
What do you need to succeed?
Must Have:
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to investigate intricate trade discrepancies and recommend a course of action.
Familiarity with trading terminology and back office processes
Knowledge of Excel with the ability to use/maintain macros
Working knowledge of the following systems within 3 months of start: Bloomberg, trust, smac, mvp, fx connect, PCView, Reflections, Charles River, Citibank Custodial system
Must be a self-starter that can thrive in a fast paced environment
Excellent communication skills
Team player with a position attitude
Flexibility in work hours as overtime maybe required
Nice to Have:
CSC/CFA
University degree &/or certification in Business Administration.

The expected salary range for the above position is $50,000 - $60,000, depending on factors including but not limited to the candidates experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs.
This position may be eligible to receive a discretionary/variable incentive payment.
