Service Electrician

Service Electrician opportunity working on residential and commercial projects throughout the Lower Mainland

ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Our client is an Electrical Contractor that specializes in commercial and residential TI and new construction work. They have a team of experienced Electricians and have had steady growth since they established themselves a few years ago. They are based in Downtown Vancouver and operate throughout the Lower Mainland.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

In this role you will be expected to attend multiple jobs per day within the Lower Mainland while reporting directly to the Service Manager. The type of work will include but not be limited to residential and commercial tenant improvement jobs, EV charger installations, lighting retrofits, home automatic, panel upgrades, electrical safety inspections and rewiring.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The duties and responsibilities of the role include the following:

• Using technology for service bookings, estimating, invoicing and scheduling.
• Ability to identify electrical conditions for repair, provide accurate recommendations and make accurate estimates.
• Fantastic troubleshooting capabilities and confidence working independently.
• Collaborate with other electricians and management to achieve targets.

THE REQUIREMENTS

• Prior experience working as a Service Electrician in Vancouver
• Red Seal Ticket
• Experience working on residential and commercial projects

COMPENSATION

• $40 - $45 per hour DOE
• Monthly Commission
• Service Vehicle
• 2-3 weeks vacation
• Health & Dental benefits
