ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Supporting multiple lawyers within the Litigation team, you’ll be heavily involved in document review and digital forensics for all discovery processes. With growth opportunities down the line, you can expect to be involved in more complex matters and take on additional Paralegal duties!
ABOUT THE POSITION
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining e-Discovery and other databases
  • Scanning documents
  • Handling client intake
  • Educating internal staff regarding litigation software and answering questions where necessary
  • Performing electronic redaction on documents
  • Uploading and downloading data
  • Assisting in preparing court documents
  • Performing litigation searches

THE REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 3 years of experience, primarily as a Paralegal
  • Experience with Litigation document management or eDiscovery software is a MUST
  • A Paralegal Diploma is an asset

COMPENSATION

  • $70,000 - $90,000 (depending on experience)
