Your position
I am currently recruiting for one of my clients, an agri-food company located in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, a Maintenance Team Leader - Permanent position 40h week - in person - evening shift - 3p.m - 11p,m
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be in charge of the following tasks:
- Supervise maintenance work, preventive and corrective maintenance, with the aim of improving work and machine efficiency.
- Supervise teams to ensure they are technically competent and comply with OHS standards.
- Work with production to achieve objectives and comply with quality standards (HACCP, GMP).
- Monitor the department's KPIs, equipment maintenance programs and certifications.

Your profile
At least 3 years' experience in a similar position, in the manufacturing field, agri-food an asset
-DEP or DEC in mechanics or other relevant field
-Good level of French and English
-Knowledge of SQF and HACCP standards
-60k$ - 75k$ - depending on experience
Live-in position on evening shift (3pm - 11pm)- Monday to Friday, full insurance, company RRSP, vacation, bonuses and other company benefits.
