Job PurposeReporting to the Vice President, Operations, the purpose of the Inside Sales Support, Sustainable IT Programs is to support the CFI sales team with core administration functions enabling Account Representatives to have access to effective tools and resources allowing them to focus on building customer relationships and making sales. The Account Associate will also be required to interface with customers directly and develop a positive rapport. Key Responsibilities Provide general administration support to the VP, Operations as well as the CFI sales teamCoordinate the collection of data from various CFI teams to create customer documents such as quotes, buyback proposals, SOWs, invoices or credit memos, shipment summary’s, monthly statements, quarterly/annual business reviews, etc.Create and maintain sales and marketing materials (decks, summaries, QBRs)Assist the sales team with qualifying leads through research and gathering information on potential customersManage ITAD product processing to ensure Compugen partners are maintaining established SLA’s and escalate as needed; maintain regular communication with customers, providing regular status updatesProvide support for our Sustainable IT Financing programs, including deal tracking and updates to reports Qualifications: Post-Secondary education in Business Administration and/or equivalent administration experience supporting Sales teams3+ years in Sales support roles or Inside Sales Representative experience would be an assetExperience in ITAD (IT Asset Disposition) would be an assetStrong interpersonal skills; enthusiastic, passionate professional; strong team player with a willingness to collaborate effectively with othersHigh level of personal accountability and responsibility in a fast-paced environmentExceptional customer service skills with proven experience resolving customers’ needs with efficiency and effectivenessExcellent attention to detail; superior communication skillsExperience working with technology resellers or distribution channels would be an assetStrong skills in Microsoft Office SuiteBilingual is mandatory (English and French) What Compugen Finance Inc.
