Since 1982, Groupe Norbec has built a solid reputation as a leader in the respective markets of its two (2) divisions: Systèmes Norbec inc. and Norbec Architectural inc.
Systèmes Norbec inc. produces prefabricated cold rooms (modular insulated panels) in Boucherville. Norbec products can be found in supermarkets, restaurants, food processing plants, refrigerated warehouses and hospitals in Quebec and other provinces in Canada.
Norbec Architectural inc produces insulating and architectural panels for the building envelope in St-Hyacinthe. Norbec products are used in the construction of industrial, commercial and public buildings in Canada and the United States. The Bell Complex in Brossard, the PEPS of Laval University in Quebec City, the Skyventure in Toronto and the Steinbach Curling Rink Club in Manitoba are among the projects completed.
The head office is located at the Boucherville plant site. More than 250 people are employed by Norbec.
