Foremost was founded in 2014 by owner Deborah Hatten who brings over 24 years proven experience in the staffing and recruitment industry providing staff from the warehouse floor to senior management. Deborah has managed recruitment and customer service teams throughout her career and felt that some of the human element needed to be brought back into the staffing industry through truly understanding both clients and candidates needs along with developing long-term relationships.
