EnerServ will therefore reimburse the expenses paid by the employee for a service related to healthy living habits or used to simplify family or residential tasks. The maximum is fixed to $1000 plus taxes annually and the reimbursement will be done upon presentation of a valid invoice. This privilege will be considered as a taxable benefit under Canadian and provincial laws but the first $500 is tax exempted. The reimbursements will be paid twice a year to simplify its management.

Lawn mowing;
• Snow removal;
• Housekeeping service;
• Child care expenses;
• Registration to a gym;

Employee referral bonus An employee who recommends a candidate for a posted position qualifies to receive a bonus if the candidate is hired and remains for a set period according to the following criteria:

Permanent employee

$2,500 bonus if he remains for a minimum period of six (6) months.

Casual employee

$500 bonus if he remains for a minimum of 500 hours / one (1) year.
