In fact, this past year, we have more than doubled the creation of courses on our own internal learning and development platform, Level Up with 241 additional training sessions made available. Community involvement

In 2021, Coveo joined the Pledge 1%, a global movement to inspire, educate and empower all companies to leverage their assets for good. This year, we announced our first round of donations contributing time, product, expertise and capital to support programs with a focus on organizations that provide learning and growth opportunities, including knowledge-sharing and mentoring, technical access, and financial assistance for young people in vulnerable social groups. These donations were attributed to Actua, LOVE Organization, Pour3Points, Girlstart, Interligne, Alloprof, United way, U-Go and Environmental Defense Canada. All of which contribute to building a better future, by fighting climate change and democratizing education for the future generations of professionals, thus laying the grounds to a truly diverse and inclusive workplace at scale.
