- After 3 (three) months, you will have access to our comprehensive group insurance plan provided by Sunlife Financial.
- Safety shoes will be provided upon hiring and work clothes will be provided after three (3) months (if desired).
- Overtime is calculated at one and a half times of your salary per hour, per full 40 hours work week.
- Once your probationary period is completed, we will reimburse you $ 100.00 for the purchase of prescribed tools, safety glasses, or individual molded protectors.
- Depending on the result of your performance evaluation, you may be entitled to an annual increase in mid-January of each year.
- You are entitled to three (3) prorated sick days per year. If you do not use them, you will be paid them at the end of the year.
- We offer you a stable schedule with permanent day or evening positions.
- You have the right to two (2) paid rest periods of fifteen (15) minutes per day.
- When the business closes for one week per year, between Christmas and New Year's Day, you have four (4) days paid during this period. Therefore, we offer ten (10) holidays instead of eight (8), during each calendar year, as per les normes du travail.

Work environment
The working environment at Capmatic is appreciated by all our employees. The premises are well lit, airy, quiet, air conditioned and clean. In fact, several renovations took place in 2019 to improve the common spaces and offices, which include the assemblers and machinist workspace, various departmental offices, cafeterias, and washrooms. We offer unlimited spring water and we have coffee machines at your disposal.
