The company services more than 45% of the Quebec broiler chick market and runs the largest broiler chick hatchery in Canada. More than 600 people work in the organization, and 3 to 4 million eggs are delivered each week to its hatcheries.
Boire & Frères inc. operates in several different sectors including : hatching egg production, hatcheries (both broilers and commercial layers), egg production for the pharmaceutical field, egg production for consumption, and raising of chickens and turkeys.
