It all started in 1983 when the two founders of Animat had a vision; recycling used tires to make mats to limit falls and protect cows on our contemporary farms. Animat was born, a reputable Canadian company specializing in the design and manufacture of rubber flooring. We now have three production plants, and the company has over 200 employees. Today, Animat is Canada's largest scrap tire recycler.

In action for more than 38 years in the field of animal comfort, Animat has made its reputation. It distributes its mats and mattresses in more than 52 countries. To allow us a fast and professional distribution, we work in partnership with distributors specialized in animal comfort and the installation of agricultural products.
