Our History

In a few words, we have over 50 years of experience in the recruitment industry. Over the years, through mergers, acquisitions, and exceptional growth, we have become the global leader in the field. The name "Adecco" was born in 1996 from the merger of two of the world's largest recruitment agencies, Adia and Ecco. While we recognize the importance of our history, we are firmly focused on the future - ours and yours.

Our company would be nothing without our employees: experts in their field who live to help others, who learn from their failures and rejoice in their successes. People who love, no, love their work.

Community involvement

Win4Youth is one of Adecco Group’s global programs. Launched in 2010, it encourages colleagues to participate in athletic events—from runs to races to swims to triathlons—and raise funds for children and young people in difficult situations. It’s a simple formula—for every kilometer completed, Adecco Group donates money to youth foundations across the world. How cool is that?

It's all about helping young people; staying in shape is a bonus.

Way to Work

Let us show you the way to work—awesome work. This program is designed for one purpose: to help ambitious young professionals launch promising careers. And it's been wildly successful at accomplishing just that.

Partnerships

We have a diversity committee dedicated to forming local partnerships with organizations that help job seekers -- for example, the YWCA, immigrant services, multicultural groups, native people’s associations, women’s networks, LGBTQ advocates, community colleges... and many others. It’s possible you’ve been in touch with one of them. After all, we have about 100!
