Les vêtements de travail sont fournis par l'entreprise et nettoyés hebdomadairement pour tous les employés d'usine.Les bottes de sécurités sont payées après trois mois et renouvellées annuellement.Les lunettes de sécurité avec prescription sont payées après un an et renouvellées après trois ans.

Le remboursement des kilomètres pour les déplacements chez les clients est fait une fois par mois à 0.48$/km.
Les frais liés au paiement de la cotisation de l'ordre des ingénieurs (OIQ) sont entièrement payés.
Le comité social s'assure de nous faire participer à certaines activités durant l'année (party de Noël, épluchette de blé d'inde et hot dogs, golf, etc.)
