The Opportunity

To develop and maintain database of required information to meet current Canadian Off-road compression ignition engine emission regulations reporting requirements. Establish, develop & maintain mutually beneficial relationships with govt. and supplier contacts to ensure company meets required reporting commitments. Owns the responsibility for the development, expansion of engine/machine importation reporting company wide


The Role

  • Familiarity with Canadian Off-Road Compression Ignition Engine Emission Regulations and applicable US EPA CFR
  • Responsible for compliance with Environment and Climate Change Canada reporting requirements
  • Accurate and on-time reporting for engine and machine importation
  • Accurate and on-time reporting as required by suppliers
  • Develop, Implement, and maintain a reporting database
  • Develop, Implement, and maintain audit reporting procedure for new engine installations
  • Respond to Governmental and supplier emission related inquiries
  • Become key contact for all emission related inquiries


The Candidate

  • Education: Minimum 2 years of analyst and related systems experience
  • Work Experience: Experience working with large data sets.
  • Knowledge:  Bilingual (English and French) is an asset.  Strong working knowledge of report generation and controls, practices & processes.  Lean and Continuous improvement experience is an asset. Ability to communicate complex results efficiently and effectively.
  • Proficiency: Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint.  Microsoft Access required. Well- developed analytic and interpretive skills required.
