Description
Senior Project Manager to work on cross Canada patient booking and information server in the healthcare industry
Our client requires a senior PM for their Patient Service Centre (PSC) Transformation project which will improve efficiency and automation across 450+ retail locations where patients receive lab services.
Responsibilities:
- 5+ years experience as a senior PM with demonstrated healthcare or health services project experience
- 3+ years experience managing large-scale transformation and migration programs
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management
- Lead a fast-paced project with competing priorities and resource constraints
- Manage technical workstreams (not hands-on technical)
- Deliver on a critical project tied to cost savings for next fiscal year
Ideal candidate profile:
- Senior-level PM with strong communication and organizational skills
- Business transformation experience is essential - must have led large, complex transformation initiatives
- Experience in transformation projects in retail operations, logistics, or manufacturing environments
- Resilient, adaptable, able to work in a complex environment with technical debt
- Background in environments with multiple retail sites or distributed locations preferred
