Location: Mississauga/Hybrid (3 Days a week on site)

Duration: 10/27/2025 to 01/29/2027

Hours: 37.5 Hours Per Week


We are looking for a Senior Product Manager - Partnerships to lead key initiatives that expand our product ecosystem through technology partnerships and integrations.


You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal product, engineering, and marketing teams, as well as with external partners, to create seamless and scalable integrations that deepen customer value and drive measurable impact.


Your role & responsibilities


- Lead product strategy: Define and execute the product strategy for partner integrations that expand our ecosystem, enhance customer value, and align with business priorities.

- Shape roadmaps: Translate partner capabilities and business needs into clear product roadmaps, requirements, and measurable success outcomes.

- Drive collaboration: Act as the connector between internal stakeholders, engineering teams, and external partners to ensure cohesive product delivery and aligned goals.

- Execute with excellence: Oversee the full lifecycle of partner initiatives - from discovery and design through launch, measurement, and continuous improvement.

- Deliver impact: Champion a customer-first integration approach that drives adoption, engagement, and long-term retention through meaningful, scalable partnerships.


What you’ll bring:


- 5+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years leading partner integration, or ecosystem-focused products.

- Proven track record of leading cross-functional, partner-led initiatives with measurable customer or business impact.

- Exceptional stakeholder management skills - able to influence across business, technical, and partner organizations.

- Strategic mindset with a strong understanding of how partnerships contribute to customer growth, engagement, and retention.

- Strong communication skills and business acumen, with the ability to navigate both technical and commercial discussions.

- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and platform ecosystems (technical fluency without requiring deep engineering expertise).

- Experience in eCommerce, retail, consumer tech, or digital platforms preferred.
