Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM Solution Architect to support activities within an existing D365 CRM Online implementation

Our large Oil & Gas industry client is seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM Solution Architect to support activities within an existing D365 CRM Online implementation.

This is an initial 1-year contract to start in January. The successful candidate will be based in Calgary and agreeable to a full-time onsite working model in downtown Calgary.

Must-Haves:

• 7+ years' experience architecting Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 (Online) solutions
• Experience with CRM architecture, customization, configuration, and integrations

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support project work within an existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Online implementation.
• Design, enhance, and optimize CRM solutions aligned with business needs and best practices.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to define requirements, customize solutions, and improve system functionality.
• Ensure data integrity, scalability, and system performance across the CRM platform.
• Provide architectural guidance, troubleshoot complex issues, and mentor junior team members.
