Our Oil and Gas client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to assist in planning and execution of Cyber Security initiatives including risk management, and compliance standards

Calgary office is located in downtown Calgary. Candidates will be in-office 5 days/week.

Must haves:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on project delivery in Cyber Security or IT
• Experience with Cyber Security principles, Risk Management, and Compliance Standards, including IT/OT integration
• Familiarity with oil and gas industry operations

Nice to haves:

• Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or cybersecurity credentials
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for cybersecurity projects.
• Support the full project lifecycle from initiation through delivery
• Comfortable with being impacted by change (priorities changed, order of execution changes , scope change)
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Coordinate and document User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and other test phases.
• Develop test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with technical teams.
• Track and report on testing progress, defects, and remediation efforts.
