Description
Our client is looking for a Sr. QA Developer to lead quality assurance for the team and establish scalable test automation for a Municipal client.
Must Have's:
- 5+ years of experience as a QA Developer
- Proven experience in QA leadership on software development projects
- Strong hands-on expertise with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and agile methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Drive QA strategy and execution across the SDLC (test strategy, plans, cases, and reporting)
- Develop and implement automated testing to improve efficiency and coverage
- Lead a group of UAT testers (internal business analysts and SMEs) through test execution
- Collaborate with Developers, the Product Owner, and the Project Manager to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Identify, document, and track defects; ensure timely resolution
