We are seeking an experienced IT Application Support Contractor to provide interim support for our existing RingCentral and NICE CXone (InContact) call centre environments. This role ensures the stability and smooth operation of our contact centre systems while we hire a permanent resource.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day service requests, handling incident tickets, coordinating with vendors, and implementing new call features as required by the business.

• Manage and support daily operations of RingCentral and NICE CXone (InContact) platforms.
• Respond to service requests and incident tickets, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.
• Liaise with vendors to resolve technical issues or implement system changes.
• Deploy new call routing, IVR, or feature configurations based on business needs.
• Maintain system documentation and provide basic reporting or status updates as required.
• Collaborate with business users and IT teams to ensure service continuity and quality.

• 2+ years of experience supporting RingCentral and/or NICE CXone (InContact) environments.
• Strong understanding of contact centre operations, user management, and call routing configurations.
• Proven ability to manage incidents, troubleshoot system issues, and communicate effectively with vendors.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter comfortable working independently in a remote environment
