Candidate Profile Details:

Degree/Certifications Required: ITIL - Lean six sigma green belt ideally but not required

Years of Overall Experience: 3yr - 5yrs

Preferred Candidate Background: Ideally from the Banking / AML / Access / FI overall

Daily Responsibilities:

Work within the Financial Crime and Risk Management Department in the Technology and Operational Support Team.

-access provisioning for multiple applications and some application support which will include:

-reviewing access request form

-communicating with requesters

-access provisioning

-validating access provisioned is correct

-retaining evidence for audit

-troubleshoot access issues

- Candidate will need to work in a fast-paced environment with SLAs

- Team is technical in nature, technical skills such as outlook, MS Excel is a must. Other tech skills like SQL, Powershell, SAS would be asset.

- Good oral and written communication skills is essential
