Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decision-making. This role will specifically focus on the performance of our NLP models within our contact center. Analytics support on Speech AI program.

· Gather, organize, interpret, and analyze data using statistical techniques.

· Develop and maintain recurring reports and dashboards, providing insights into key business metrics.

· Identify and resolve data quality issues, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

· Filter and "clean" data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct data problems.

· Develop and maintain data processing pipelines and procedures.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide effective data-driven solutions.

· Present data findings and insights clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.

· Participate in Agile development processes, contributing to sprint planning and execution.

Must Haves:

· Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

· Less than 3 years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role.

· Proficient in statistical methods and techniques.

· Proficient in SQL and SAS programming languages.

· Strong data analytics literacy, including the ability to understand and interpret various data sources.

· Proficient in using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy).

· Proficient with data gathering and architecture tools.

· Understanding of Agile development frameworks.

· Excellent presentation and communication skills.
