Line of Business: Marketing
Duration: 12 month (Possibility of Extension)
Location: Downtown Toronto - Hybrid, 4 days onsite - current 3 days onsite (12 days monthly) flexible

Position Overview
The Channel Strategy Specialist works with the Manager, Channel Strategy to manage the execution of the MarTech strategy with a focus on delivering standardized, relevant and timely communications to our Collectors in support of our Partners, Program Marketing and Rewards teams. The Channel Strategy Specialist seeks new ways to add value, consistently meeting and exceeding day-to-day Partner needs, and plays a key role in ensuring all projects are completed on time and on budget.
Responsibilities:
• Supports the development, implementation and monitoring of campaigns & portfolio across Email, Social, Programmatic, Search, and owned marketing channels
• Act as the primary stakeholder in media planning for AMRP and its’ Partners
• Assists in execution of multi-channel campaigns with key roles in targeting, optimization, and measurement
• Partner with key internal Marketing stakeholders on automation of campaign orchestration
• Work in partnership with Strategic Partnership, Partner Marketing and Analytics team to track digital marketing performance and proactively develop customer marketing plans to make program impact
• Collaborate with Partner Marketing, Strategic Partnerships and Analytics & Insights team on end to end omni-channel measurement
Qualifications:
• 2-3 years experience in media planning
• Experience in digital marketing campaign management (Email, Web, Social, Programmatic, Search, AdTech, AdOperations), either directly in execution, strategy or in media planning.
• Project management experience
• Stakeholder management
• Ability to articulate results/impact of efforts
• Experience in monitoring campaign performance and optimizing when required
• Analytical to help make data driven decisions
• Media planner, agency experience
Nice to Haves:
• Minimum 3 years’ of related work experience within marketing. Agency and/or Loyalty experience is an asset
• Previous banking/FI experience
• Credit card experience
• Contact external vendors
Education:
High school

Interviews:
- 1st round with HM - virtual 30 minutes via MS Teams
- 2nd round with HM’s manager - 30 minutes verbal case study MS Teams
