Do you have previous experience with wire payments? Or are you a new graduate looking for a great foot in the door opportunity within a bank? Do you thrive in fast paced environments? This may be the perfect role for you!

Our client, a top 5 bank, is looking for a Payment Processor for a 12 month contract in Burlington! This role has potential to extend as well as convert to a permanent role.

Pay Rate: 20.30/hour
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00pm

As a Payment Processor your duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Fulfill routine and non routine transactions
- Handling internal business partner as well as external customer inquiries and requests
- Audit and reconciliation of activities
- Work in accordance with banking timelines and SLAs
- Escalating more non routine issues to appropriate contact
- Maintain cross functional relationships with team members as well as with external partners
