Description

We have a great company in Dorval, who is in search of their next customer service/order representative

Are you dynamic, have the thirst to learn, and someone who loves diversity in a customer service role? This position might be a good fit for you!

Duties will consist of:
This position includes 60% customer service and 40% administration

-Tasks include but not limited to:
-Prepare and forward orders for parts department to suppliers (China
and Taiwan)
-This consists of entering the orders in the accounting system, forwarding
the orders to the supplier, following up with the supplier for the proforma
invoice to verify quantities and prices and expected receipt date.
-Shipments are coordinated with the imports department for the different
suppliers.
-Must be meticulous in following up the orders with the various suppliers
(done mostly be email).

Receiving of the po’s in the system
Follow up any discrepancies with the suppliers

Verification of various error reports
Inventory count/adjustments as required
Replace other staff in department as needed
Able to answer customers at counter when needed
Analysis of reports as required

Advantages
Salary 18$ per hour

We have a group insurance plan and pay 50% of the premium (dental is not included)- after 3 months

Hours are 8 am to 5pm

Lunch is 12 to 1

There is a 15 minute break at 9:45am and at 2:45pm

Vacation is 2 weeks after one year of service. We can be flexible regarding people taking time at their own expense.

Sick days are the mandated 2 days after 3 months as per csst

An additional sick day (1) is allocated after 6 months

Qualifications
Must be fluently bilingual English/French (all correspondence with China and Taiwan is in
English)
Meticulous, able to work with a team
Knowledge of SAGE an asset
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word a must.
