Description

The Coordinator, Compliance & Quality Assurance is responsible for reviewing online tools, web pages, resource materials and social media to ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory frameworks in the areas of French language and accessibility requirements. This role reports to the Director, Compliance & Risk and requires cross functional partnership across the organization

Responsibilities
  • Review online tools, web pages, resource materials in various forms and social media to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Prepare summary reports and logs of your findings
  • To develop new material as needed
  • Working with project team and stakeholders to establish an implementation plan for required updates
  • Validate and track required updates
  • Complete specialized audits as required

Experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Organizational and problem solving capabilities
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge or experience in monitoring, auditing and/or training
  • Knowledge of MS Office including proficiency in the use of Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Bilingualism in English and French is required
