\nRole & Responsibilities:\n\n
- \n\t
- The Project Scheduler has the responsibility to support and coordinate the production and maintenance of project Baseline and field schedules, working with the Project Managers and Project Leaders. \n\t
- Organize, implement, and maintain scheduling management system supporting identified projects and their plans. \n\t
- Updating of Work Breakdown Structures. \n\t
- Assist to set up tasks and sub tasks to ensure satisfactory realization of project contract requirements as scheduled. \n\t
- Log project timelines and maintain database of tasks and its status. \n\t
- Log all new information into database and provide scheduled reports for contract coordination and reporting purposes. \n\t
- Design and develop project schedule. \n\t
- Interact with project team and task managers to define scope of work to develop and update detailed schedules, cost information and identification of variances from original plan. \n\t
- Evaluate project schedule progress and performance and identify developing problem areas. \n\t
- Analyze critical path and constraints to determine effect of changes to schedule and recommend work-around. \n\t
- Support project management team to maintain timely and effective change management processes, procedures, and systems. \n\t
- Assist project team to develop and maintain periodic status reports to keep management informed on project progress. \n\t
- Conduct analysis to determine alternative courses of action or recovery on slipped schedules. \n\t
- Interact with customers, managers, operation leaders, financial controller and EVM analyst. \n\t
- The Scheduler must have advanced level capacity in Primavera P6 and knowledge of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and the proven ability to apply EVMS. \n

- University degree or college diploma in a relevant field from an accredited school. \n\t
- Minimum of 4-6 years of progressively more responsible work experience in Project Management. \n\t
- PMI Schedule Practitioner (PMI-SP) certification required; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is considered an asset. \n
