Profile Description 

• Operates and monitors computerized building control systems and maintains facility/plant systems and equipment. Independently performs repairs/installations on a wide variety of complex building systems and equipment.

Education

• 5th Class Power Engineer certificate
• Building Systems Technician certificate

Licenses

• Power Engineering License pursuant to the Boiler & Pressure Vessels Safety Act

Other Education and Training

• Pool Operator certificate is acceptable, where required
• Refrigeration Plant Operator certificate, where required by the job
• Refrigeration Engineer certificate, where required by the job
