What an average day looks like

• Consult list of available loads provided by sales team
• Call/email trucking companies to book trucks on our loads
• Negotiate rates with carriers
• Verify pickups and deliveries
• Ensure timely service and conditions are met by trucking company
• Report issues or delays
• Build relationships with carriers over time

What we’re looking for

• English (Required)
• French (Comprehensive)
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment while quickly learning job duties
• Comfortable and effective in a computerized environment. Strong ability to clearly and professionally communicate with customers via email and phone

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Experience is not necessary however a willingness to learn is imperative
