I am looking for a cost analyst for a food company located in Laval.
Your responsibilities:
- Participate in the production of key reports and performance indicators (KPI) for the various plants.
- Contribute to the definition of standard production costs and ensure their accuracy.
- Evaluate the cost and price of new products according to established models.
- Support pricing meetings by providing profitability analyses.
- Analysing discrepancies between actual and standard costs, identifying the causes and proposing solutions.
- Collaborate with plants in Canada and the United States on optimisation and standardisation projects.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and various special projects.
What we're looking for:
- Experience in manufacturing
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to travel to the US
- Experience in costing
- Strong command of Excel and PowerBi
